Ok this is not a scam or anything.
I have sold many items here to several happy buyers.
The upgrade key I'd like to sell is legitimate and would definitely work
provided that:
1) you've got a previous version of Parallels Desktop for Mac 2.X
2) that copy of Parallels Desktop for Mac 2.X you already have is legitimate and was either bought in the US (not a localised version... i.e. UK version) or purchased directly from parallels.com
the problem that I have is that I do not fulfill the 2nd condition.
my boxed copy of Parallels Desktop for Mac 2.X was found to be a localised version (UK) where it was bought from an Apple Store in the UK. The version 2.X software was distributed by Avanquest (UK) (http://www.shop.avanquest.com/uk/prod.php?pid=1963) and the version 2.X key is not compatible with the $39.99 version 3.0 upgrade key.
therefore, I am not able to upgrade to version 3.0 with this upgrade key that have been bought directly from Parallels.com
If you fulfill the 2 conditions above, I am sure this key will work for you.
I accept payment by PayPal... no tax or VAT whatsoever,
it will be sold for just US$39.99 net (the special upgrade deal which expired on 6th June 2007).
