So i am looking to sell a couple of my hard drives. One is a bare 200 gig hard drive. The other is a 320 gig hard drive in a usb external enclosure. What do you think these are worth, either together or separate?

stats such as rpm might help (I don't know anything about HDs)

Also important is whether the drives are IDE or SATA.

Hi
Providing manufacturer and model numbers of the hard drives -- Not necessarily the enclosure -- would help a lot and allow others to find the full specifications.

It is a 320 western digital drive that rotates at 7200 rpm. It is "enhanced IDE". I think that it is this drive:

It comes in an enclosure. I dont know the brand. It has a USB interface.
The other drive is a 200GB maxtor drive. It says PATA133. I assume this means parallel ata. It is the bare one. I do not have the original packing for it. What would be the best way to ship it?

Hi
I usually ship such in an anti-static bag (http://www.unklekne.com/ebaypics/dsc04483.jpg) with bubble wrap or packing peanuts ( foam ball 'things' ). We order a lot products online, especially Newegg.com and, so, we have a ton of packing materials. :)
