Are you looking for stock one or one that's been upgraded (from Apple or otherwise)?

I'm looking for ANY kind of Core Solo Mini... i know I can purchase one here on MR if any member is looking to get rid of theirs. I'm not willing to put out ~ $400 of a G4 Mini when the Core models spank the G4 mini's....
RamAz I'll PM you back ok?
I don't understand what happened to all the Core Solos... people use to get rid of them quickly before... but now... what happened?
Also, if anyone has a 1.6Ghz PowerMac G5....I might be interested in that depending on the price.

I think people are waiting for the "official" word that the Mac Mini line is kaput. Then, the Mac Mini prices might actually go up (like the iSight). Or, they're waiting for the prices of merom cpus to go down to upgrade their minis. Just mho.

exactly. best bet would be the $519 refurb 1.66 core duo at the apple store when it's available. you'll pay more than that on ebay for the same computer.

In my searches, this is what I ended up doing. Finding that Monday around 10AM PST or so was when I found them available on the refurb store. They do sell quickly!

Or prices might go down if Apple comes out with a replacement.:)
The one at church we are using we started to use for light video work so I though we might want to replace it (it is a bit slow for video encoding), but it also has 2 more years of AppleCare left, and has 1Gig RAM / 80 Gig HD - so it'll be a lot more than you want to spend... we decided to keep it anyways (sorry)...
Better off getting an Apple refurb basic 1.66 CD...

Oh well... i guess they aren't available anymore. I remember they were like 400ish in the refurb when they use to be there. Ehh.. its' ok. I guess my father can make due with the iMac G4... comes in handy when i have to make faxes.
Thanks anyways. Mods, may you Wasteland this thread? Thank you.
