You sure it is the 1.5ghz with the 64mb vram? (Silent upgrade.) thought they only came with a superdrive.

yeah sorry for the confusion, this is not the "silent upgrade" it is overclocked to 1.5ghz from 1.42... it runs very stable and i have had no problems at all with it.

Isn't overclocking bad for the computer's longevity?

Has anything else been altered after you bought the computer?

I'll offer you $320 shipped for everything minus the keyboard and mouse.

no nothing else has been altered. As for the longevity, i have also heard that, but i dont know how drastic it is. If you want i can clock it back to 1.42 but i dont know if there is a need to, it runs perfect at this speed.

I'll be honest, my old G3 has been running over-clocked from 233mhz to 550mhz for 2 years now, one hundred percent stable... stays cool, I use it as a server and it's uptimes always match with however long our power stays on... I'll bet anything that If it were hooked up to a UPS that the uptime on that machine would be 2 years + ... I'm simply amazed in the stability of the PowerPC processors... I sure hope the intel processors offer the same experience.
