Most rediculous Windows error ever!

I was using AIM the other day and this error kept popping up... i didnt read it until around the 5th time and once i did i couldnt stop laughing for around 15 minutes... i think it's time to get a new computer when your old one tries to commit suicide...

Has anyone else ever gotten this error?
