FS: MacBook Pro 15' 2.16GHz Core Duo

I am selling my trusty 2.16GHz MacBook Pro. Specs of interest are:

2GB RAM
100GB 7200RPM hard drive (it was a CTO machine)
Matte 15.4' screen
OS X 10.4
New battery (replaced by Apple in the recent recall - though I never had issues with the original battery. Just 5 cycles on it or so).
No dead pixels - perfect screen
Superdrive
ATI X1600 with 256MB VRAM

The computer is absolutely like new. No scratches, dings, dents, or dust. Fans run smoothly with no whirring.
Everything that came with the machine is included in the sale. CDs, manual, remote, power supply, DVI->VGA adapter, all the original packing materials and the box. Even the box is like new :)

My asking price is $1700 (negotiable)

I will probably end up listing it on Ebay, but I wanted to offer it to fellow Mac addicts here first.

Sorry to be a bubble buster... but there is no way you will get that much for that. I just bought the same exact spec laptop new in box unopened for my bf for 1320 including tax... and that was brand shiny new.

Not to mention you can get the same specs but a 2.16 core 2 duo for 1599 direct refurb from the apple store with a one year warrenty still too. You are asking far too much for this. I'd expect more around 1300 or 1400
