Alright I have this Powermac G4 Quicksilver I'm going to be selling in a week or so, I figured I'd post now and get a head start.

Specs:

867 G4 PowerPC Processor 2 MB L3 Cache
768 MB Ram (Upgradable to 1.5 GB)
120 GB Hard drive
Superdrive (CD and DVD Writer)
NVIDIA GeForce2 MX Graphics Card (AGP)
Belkin PCI Wireless card (The computer sees this as an Airport Express Card)
2 onboard Firewire and 2 Usb 1.0 ports
Usb PCI card (adds 5 Usb 2.0 ports)

Motherboard has 2 Free PCI slots. There are also 3 free drive bays so if you wanted to add an extra hard drive or add a SATA PCI card you could add even more hard drives.

When this computer was first introduced by Apple in 2001 it retailed for $2,499. ****'s crazy.

This machine is currently running my 19" widescreen monitor, which for the right price, i might sell along side this.

I'm looking for about 550-600 for this machine. Feel free to post offers as long as they aren't ridiculous.

Shipping will probably be around 30-50 dollars depending on where you live.

edit: I've added pictures of the monitor. I also have a apple usb keyboard and a usb mighty mouse for sell. I'm thinking 28 shipped for each or 50 shipped for both. Throw some offers my way. Also The asking price is a bit high, so if you're really interested throw an offer my way and we'll talk about it.

EDIT2:
Computer down to 500 shipped. I'll give you the computer, monitor, mighty mouse and keyboard for 600 shipped. I'd love to get rid of this thing...

I also have for sell:

GBA w/ mario tennis (20 shipped)
3rd Generation iPod 15gb w/ brand new battery (70 shipped)
Keyspan iTunes media remote for windows/mac (http://www.keyspan.com/products/usb/urm15t/homepage.spml)(20 shipped)
Plus the USB mighty mouse and keyboard listed above. Both have the og boxes. 25 shipped ea.

all offers negotiable, I'll post pics of those if the request is made.

I have the 733 mhz version of this, its a great machine!
I used it for 6 years, and it is still good for anything (mine has a installed superdrive also, and second HD), except it lags in the video department (h.264). My parents use it now.

It is sad to see how much value these machines have lost in the past few years, mainly due to the switch to intel.

I'd like to add that this is in quite good condition. I really enjoy using this machine, it just needs a better home.......

Just out of curiousity, where in Central Fl. are you? Not that I can afford this beauty, just curious.:)

And for the guy who offered $140 for the monitor....didn't the OP say for $100 m ore than he wanted for the computer, he'd include the monitor and ship it all?

So then, what do you want for the monitor? :)

I live in the orlando area.

I suggested 140 for the monitor, not that guy.

The only reason i'll give out everything for 100 more than the computer itself is just so I can get rid of this whole package as one piece a bit more quickly and easily.

125 shipped is as low as i'll sell the monitor for.

^my bad, didn't read the posts well enough. :) What would you sell it for if the buyer picked it up? I'm moving to Orlando in a month. If I just happened to find a treasure chest while diving one of these weekends....:)

I dunno, maybe like 550? I'm trying to have this gotten rid of in a week or two though. But if I do still have it, then it's yours.
