I have a third generation iPod for sale along with the dock...no box or anything. The condition is bad.

I've just recently obtained this ipod. In the next day or two ill update with what it can do and a better description of the condition along with pictures.

OK, here is the much needed update to this thread w/ Pics and a better description.

The iPod is not in good conditon as stated above and I can't get it to do much of anything...given the fact that I haven't spent too much time trying to do so.
I plug it into my computer and the apple logo loads and thats about it. The back is scratched and seems to be concave up...sort of like a snapple cap. If you press the center of the back, it goes in a bit and comes back up. Not as extreme as you are thinking though. Maybe it was taken apart before....I'm not sure. Anyway, here are some pics and make me an offer.

I haven't spent too much time playing with it. I couldn't get it to work. I plug it in and the apple logo comes up and thats about it. Then, when I take it off, and press something, the battery icon may come on.

That's a bit low...I'd rather keep it and experiment (take apart and what not) for that price.
