Just what the title says. I am wanting to sell this less than 1 year old MBP to upgrade to the newer version. This computer is in MINT condition. There is not one scratch or dent on this computer. It runs just like a new one would!!! I have all original packaging and manuals. It is the 2.33 Core 2 Duo MBP with 2GB ram and the 120 GB HD. It has the 256 mb video ram chip in it. I purchased it in January so there is still half a year of warranty left. The buyer can also upgrade the warranty to the 3 year apple care.

This computer comes with Office 2004 for Mac. I had the adobe creative suite CS2 and was going to include that but I am not now because of Macrumors rules. I was unaware and will sell this computer refreshed and with no software.
Asking price $2000obo. No trades please. Unless you want to trade me the newer SR MBP in the same size or larger and cash to seal the deal.

Thanks for looking

Are you interested in conducting a trade or a partial trade for the iMac in my signature?

This computer comes with Office 2004 for Mac and the whole adobe CS2 creative suite. Photoshop, Image Ready, Illustrator, InDesign ect. It will also come with website software Macromedia studio 8 software including dreamweaver, flash, ect. I will not be able to provide discs for this because I need them. Except for the office for mac. I will provide those. However I will not delete the programs if you want me to leave them on the computer.

You must refresh the computer and delete all applications

# Licensing.

1. You may not offer to buy/sell/trade any computer, hard disk, iPod, Apple TV, or other device containing music, video, unlicensed commercial software, or other software/files/data that is sold commercially. You should reset an iPod or Apple TV to factory settings before offering it for sale or trade. If you are selling/trading a computer with other than the software it originally shipped with (or free updates since then), you must explicitly state that master discs (CDs or DVDs) for that software will be included, as an indication that you are transferring the original installation media and the end-user license (EULA) to the other party. This rule is strictly enforced.
2. You may not avoid this rule by claiming that software or music is to be erased by the other party or that it is for "testing purposes only".
3. If you mention currently installed music, your post may be edited or your thread closed or deleted.
4. If you mention currently installed commercial software (e.g., Final Cut Pro, MS Office or a new, more recent O.S.) and do not mention the master discs, your post may be edited or your thread closed or deleted. When you leave it ambiguous, you do not get the benefit of the doubt.

What size is it?

I would guess a 15" unless the OP replaced a hard drive.

I am sorry then I will have to say that the computer will come with no software. I did not know that was against the rules. I am sorry and I will refresh the computer upon sale.

Does your machine have any hardware upgrades or anything from when you bought it? I only ask because I am considering purchasing a refurbished 2.33 Ghz MBP and yours is a little higher in price than the refurb. Maybe we could work out something since you are practically my next door neighbor and we could deal locally.
