Feeler: 12" iBook G4 (Mid 2005)

I'm considering selling my iBook G4, but am not sure what I should be asking as a price.

If anyone is interested or just knows about what this would be worth, please let me know!

It's the 12" iBook G4, Mid 2005 (specs (http://support.apple.com/specs/ibook/iBook_G4_Mid_2005.html))

I've upgraded it to 1.5GB of RAM.

It's a pretty impressive little laptop, even plays some games pretty well like UT2K4 and Warcraft 3 (that's all I've tried, though).

It's in good condition, screen is also in excellent condition (no scratches or dead pixels).

Here are some things that would help....

You live in the US, right, my friend? Note your location tag. ;)

You stated the RAM, but what is the HD size -- is it the standard 40GB, or did you custom to order? Does it come with iLife 05 or 06, and does it come with install / restore DVD for that and Tiger?

I posted the link to the specs direct from Apple.

It's the 12" 1.33GHz model.

Everything is as listed in the specs, except with an additional 1GB of RAM.

Software is as listed as well (including iLife '06 and Tiger).

I do have the original install/restore DVDs as well.

I think you could get anywhere from 400-500 for it.

I'd say close to $500 shipped for a forum / private sale and $550-600 for an eBay sale, judging from recent successful eBay sales.

(with respect to my question, I don't think it was inappropriate, Haoshiro... not all Mid-2005 iBooks come with iLife 06, for instance. Many of them come with iLife 05. And many people here bought their's CTO, so there's no guarantee the HD would've been the stock size).
