Wanted: AOL CD for Windows

A customer wants a version 5, 6, or 7 AOL installation CD for Windows. I'm the guy that used those as frisbees and don't have any lying around, however, some of you are probably better "pack rats" than I. Thanks.

I've seen those on display at Blockbuster. You might want to check there and see if they have any. Otherwise I'm sure AOL would be more than willing to send you one free of charge.

Those are older AOL CDs. The current version is either v9 or v10, I believe. I honestly doubt that they would keep copies of older versions of AOL, though.

You might be right but he doesn't want version 8 or 9 -- which AOL 9.0 Optimized or whatever is likely all that is available through those avenues -- because they require you to be online no matter what you are trying to do. I agree with him that it's stupid but my opinion is that using AOL is stupid to begin with.

I've got version 6 or 7.... $5 shipped gets you a disk!

If you were local I'd give it free, but I just need to charge the $5 for packing/shipping/driving to the post office.
