Used, pulled from my iBook G4, where it's happily lived, to be replaced by a 1GB module. :) $25, paypal, shipped inside the US.
Perfect for anyone picking up a used iBook G4 or with one in need of upgrading. :)
EDIT: For additional clarification, this came out of a rev. A iBook G4 / 12"; Apple-history.com suggests that all the iBook G4s from 2003 up to the 2005 revision used PC2100. I believe the 2003 12" PBG4 also used PC2100.
