I have a 256 and 512 stick. The 256 is 100MHz and the 512 is 133MHz. They have worked well together in a PBG4 500.

I have two 256mb 32X64 LEI (cat num 57L5HSOL-1EAG) PC100. They ran fine in my imac and my white G3 700mHz, but I can't promise compatibility (I bought them on ebay). If you can find out if they are compatible, make me an offer via PM. :)
And MacG4, I may be interested in that 512. If it's still available, PM me and let me know what you're asking...

Almost certainly, PC100 and PC133 256 modules from iMacs and Powerbooks will not work in the Wallstreet. They may work in a Pismo, but not in a Wallstreet.

4 per side on the 256MB
8 per side on the 512MB.
The 512MB stick is about half the thickness of the 256, as it is meant for the top slot.

Mine are 4 per side as well. But pay close attention to CanadaRAM, man knows what he's talking about.
(btw, CanadaRAM, that was a 700mHz G3 ibook I was talking about, not a powerbook)

I think for a Wallstreet you'll want a 256MB module with 8 chips on each side.
