I have a brand new ***Unlocked*** Pumpkin Orange Motorola V3X. It won't work with my CellularOne service, it still has the plastic on it, I only powered it on for it to see if it would work. I'll post stock photos because the phone is brand new no scratches. It will come with Motorola Phone Tools 4.0, a usb cable, new charger, Moto OEM wired headset, battery, Original box. Less than a day in my possession. The plastic come on the phone like that I have not peeled on it at all. My dad payed $170 for it, I'll do $135 shipped! Please keep in mind this is my only phone and I'm 17 I don't have any money left... I still need a new phone lol.

I would like a like-new blackberry pearl it can"t have a single scratch "lol I'm a Perfectionist..." I'd like to receive the phone before I sent this out! Check Vadar or Vader what ever his name is :p refference. Thanks for looking

It is possible that the place it was bought from would allow you to exchange it for something else. There is generally a decent window for such purchases.

Going down to the corporate store maybe they can do something, online customer service for Cellular One is a joke, the idiot wont tell me the network code, when all I have to do is go to someone with a razr and get it... He says do to privacy He can't tell me what an idiot...

Thats kinda ironic since you're selling 2x phones but say you haven't had a phone for 3 weeks. Just thought I'd point it out..

You can generally dial in and check your voicemail from a landline or another cell phone.

If the phone was indeed purchased through a reputable company, you should be able to take it back. A problem you will run into is the fact that through most providers, you can get a RAZR of most varieties for free, or nearly free as an upgrade or incentive for signing a contract.

Another important question has to do with why your dad would buy a phone that doesn't work with your service. If you can explain that, the story might be a bit more credible.

More importantly, when you say it won't work because of the 1900MHz band support, that makes no sense. There may be an issue with your area being blanketed by 850MHz as opposed to 900MHz towers if Cellular One leases from AT&T/etc.

What's the story on the v3 beside it? Is it dead? Does it belong to someone else? Is it locked to a different carrier?

What two phones the v3 doesn't and the v3x wont hit the network...

My dad bought it threw ebay. He didn't notice the difference that it wasn't quadband, the only tower here is 850mhz which this phone doesn't support. The V3 is my old phone which quit working.
