I have way more computers than necessary, and have decided to sell my 12" PB. This one's got a 40 GB HDD, 768MB RAM, a Combo drive, Airport Extreme and BlueTooth. It shipped with OSX 10.2, but it currently has 10.4 on it. I have the original box/packaging as well.
Coconut Battery shows 93% of the original battery life left. The bottom has some scratches on and above the battery area. It's a great laptop, but I have a MB as well and it gets more use.
I'm thinking $450 plus actual shipping would be about right. Thoughts / offers appreciated.
EDIT: SOLD!!

These were taken in December, when I had an interested party. Until recently I didn't have enough posts to advertise it here :)
I have 100% feedback on eBay, under carmanj63

No thanks - I'm trying to reduce the number of computers I have :)

VERY interested. This would be perfect for me to lug around at college.
A couple questions...
Are you the original owner?
Any dead pixels/defects with the screen?
What's the max amount of ram it will take?
How does Tiger run on it?
The scratches on the bottom don't bother me but are there any dents?

If I am not mistaken the max memory on these is 1152MB, 128MB on board and max 1024MB in the one available slot.
Not 100% sure, its been a while since I have seen a 12" PB.

No, 256 mb soldered on the mobo, so max is 1.25 gb. (1x1gb + soldered 256 mb on mobo).

Hi folks,
All PMs have been answered.
For the benefit of everyone interested:
1. I'm the original owner. I don't know if I still have the receipt, however.
2. No dead pixels that I am aware of. However, if there's a particular app you can point me to that'll help me double-check this I'm willing to do so. [EDIT: see below]
3. The max ram I believe is 1.2GB. There's 256MB on the motherboard, and you can put a 1GB SIMM in it. It might go higher but I believe that's the max supported. I currently have a 512MB in the slot, for a total of 768.
4. Tiger runs pretty well on it. I never have a lot of apps running at one time, so for what I used it for (word processing, web surfing, email mostly) it worked well.
5. Just the scratches on the bottom, no dents. When it's not in use or being charged, I keep it in a slip case. I've traveled with it 2-3 times, always double-bagged (slip case, laptop bag) and have never dropped it.
Thanks for the interest. This is still available.
[EDIT]: I downloaded and ran LCDTest 2.0, and I can't see any dead or stuck pixels.
