Its a dedicated server with 8x 3.0Ghz Xeons + 8GB of RAM running CentOS Enterprise 5. Its running WHM v3.1.0 and cPanel 11.

I also have 'WHM Complete Solution' management, from back when I actually had people using it :p

And IIRC correctly, it has a 100Mbit upload. I would demonstrate this to you, but until tomorrow, the datacentres connection to the net has gone down & we're running of a shared connection, so everythings running a tad slow :)

Any idea on pricing? How much are you looking for? I'm also a bit worried about the idea of giving someone money for hosting who might decide in 6 months that it's no longer worth his time to keep the server up. Can you do anything to calm those concerns?
