California
Colorado
Connecticut
District Of Columbia

I am not sure about the legality in other countries.

Not sure where you got your info, but having managed a large Wine & Spirits store recently, I can tell you in no uncertain terms that buying & selling and shipping ANY type of alcoholic beverage into or out of the state of SC is strictly 1000% illegal, unless you have both a SC Retail AND Liquor Liscense........ and even then it is a serious PIA to get the 33 required permits to do so!

Limited shipping.
Woot.com ships wine to SC, so I assume the site Gypsy is using can do the same.
