This would be a great slogan to capitalize on with m$ getting so much bad press. Something along the lines of:

"We know you are tired of a proprietary, illogical way of meeting your computing needs. Should it really be so hard to just use whatever software you want? We have the way into a brave new world, an online community who's best interest is YOUR best interest." etc etc

i know its not great but i just thought of it.
