For those who don't easily take offense (like me), the Onion is just great.

I'm just not sure that the iPod qualifies as "new".

"Yet-to-be-successfully-ripped-off-to-PC-platform"? Yes.
"New"? I don't think so. Not when it was introduced on October 23, 2001 (http://www.apple.com/pr/library/2001/oct/23ipod.html). (Wow -- just realizing how long I've had my iPod...!)

Not a knock on the Onion. Just my 0.02.

about every issue, there's something printed out and hung up at home or (when i can get away with it) work. they mention macs a lot... i love their infographics, they have a knack for one-liners :)
