I am selling a 3 day old 24" iMac. This is one of the redesigned iMacs and not the classic white ones. It is your basic 24" 2.4GHz iMac with the exception of having an extra GB of RAM (2 GB total - 2 x 1GB). It has the 320GB hard drive and the ATI 2600 Pro (or XT depending on your source). As I am sure you are aware, it also has Apple's new redesigned keyboard and a Mighty Mouse.
The iMac is in absolute pristine condition and the LCD has zero dead pixels. Well, I searched using PixelCheck for 5 or 10 minutes using various background colors and I didn't find any. The hard drive has been wiped clean and been restored to its factory state. The computer has been carefully reboxed with all the original packing materials.
I am sure you are wondering why I am selling this iMac being only 3 days old. Well, the plan was to originally sell my white 24" iMac to offset the cost of the new iMac. Everything was in place but, to keep a long story short, there was a disruption in the marital bliss. To repair the damage, we decided that the new iMac had to go.
So here I am selling my iMac. I am asking for $1750 shipped. If you are in Houston, you can pick it up locally for $1725.
I have been a member of eBay since 1998 and I have one negative feedback compared to almost 200 positive. The one negative is from my very first transaction in July 1998 and was a mutual misunderstanding but eBay did not have a mutual withdraw feature at the time. You can see for yourself. My eBay login is the same that it is here, topgunn. I have completed quite a few transactions on these forums as well, including a few different computers.
