Epson Stylus Scan 2500 Pro with an automatic document feeder [ADF] (works great with OmniPage).
I'm including three black ink tanks, plus whatever's left in the tank that's in there now. It'll put out at least 200 pages of text before emptying. I've found under normal usage (I'm a college student) I don't have to switch ink tanks until I go through a ream of 500 pages!
A tried and true workhorse.
Will need a USB cable; mine is bent from moving and I don't want to give you that one.

Ships the second week of September (shipping off on the 8th).
