There are small scratches all over, a few cracks as well. Fairly dirty, but I can clean it before it sells. The pads on the top of the screen are worn/broken off. Lastly, the screen is slightly skewed, so at the front when it is closed, it is about 1/8th of an inch to the left.

There are also occasional overheating and backlighting issues, both of which will get fixed by applecare before it is sold.
