Ping VMWare folks for host VMEare support on OS X

VMWare is another PC hardware emulation product that is hosted on WIndows and Linux boxes. It can run various Intel-based operating systems, including all the WIndows flavors and Linux.

In light of the RealPC and VirtualPC problems, people may want to politely request that VMWare make their Workstation product available for Mac OS X:

Unlike VirtualPC or RealPC, vmware does not emulate an Intel processor -- it makes use of the underlying Intel processor to run the guest operating system in a Virtual machine.

To publish an Mac OS X version would mean to write emulation code for PowerPC... which would probably be equivalent to starting a new product from scratch.
