Well here's to a Cubs vs. Indians Series. :) The Rockies are red hot and you have to hand it to them for the 9-8 come back in the 13th tonight. I don't see how they can keep that pace up for the playoffs.

Well, we you step back and look at all the countries being represented, it is rather global.

This isn't the same game of that was dominated by white Americans through the 1960s.

More and more attention is payed to it in South America and more recently Asia, and there's even a fair number of Europeans trickled among the squads.

A lot better than some sports, I think.

The World Cup is the most accurate use of its title. I'd prefer watching the World Series over a Cricket World Cup (http://cricketworldcup.indya.com/). It's the one sport I could not tell who won even after having seen a score.

I'd say Arizona Boston. You can't deny the fact that the DBacks are on fire. As for the Red Sox, well, I just want to see them beet the Yanks in semi-finals.

maybe if you would have searched (or even looked at the front page of community discussion) you would have seen the topic that said OFFICIAL MLB 2007 SEASON DISCUSSION and then clicked on it and saw the link to the playoffs topic.
