Hey I was wondering, is it possible to watch TV on a comp or record something off of it with ATI 9600 Pro.
I know 9800 you can, but what about 9600?

Can you on the mac? I thought that required a radeon all-in-wonder which is pc only. So I dont think the radeon 9800 is capable of recording tv on the mac. Maybe i'm wrong. But i know on the pc the 9600 does not have a allinwonder option yet.

it would be very nice if ati released a 9800 all in wonder, i would love to get one. 9600 will be little behind.

With a Mac you'll need a peripheral like EyeTV (http://www.elgato.com/eyeTV/).

The 9800 AIW is clocked exactly the same as the 9800P. For $40 bucks more, it is way more acrd for the money.

The 9600 AIW was recently announced and should be available in a month. For PC.

Too bad, because I only do media stuff on the Mac.
