Im looking for either one of the yellows. ill be willing to pay 50+ for one, as i only have marvin gardens. Ventor is rare in my area, and Atlantic i hear is the rarest. im not going to pay the 1000s ppl want for atlantic, so im looking for ventor ave for the most part. shoot me a pm!

don't do it man, I have friends who work at McDs. They are 100% sure that for the most part there is only 1 of each of the rare game pieces printed. The other 2 are a dime a dozen, i was really eager about this 2 years ago and i'm telling you it's not worth the time at all.

Atlantic is easy to find. Ventor is near impossible. A good rule of thumb with monopoly pieces if besides boardwalk/parkplace, the most difficult piece to find is the one that falls last alphabetically

LoL... trying the pull a quick one eh? By making people think Atlantic was the rare one and not Ventnor? I just got two Atlantics this morning in my Egg McMuffin meal.

BTW, anyone have a Boardwalk? They're rare in my area.

I thought everyone knew the secret to this stupid McD's Monopoly crap. There's always one in each group that's rare.

It's no secret, if you read the official rules, McDonald's talks about the rare & abundant game pieces from each place.

OMFG this reminds of AOL 2.0 message board days:

HAVE PARK PLACE WILL SPLIT MILLION DOLLAR PRIZE WITH SOMEONE WHO HAS BOARDWALK!

I mean, are you truly that naive to believe that the way the game works is simply to collect things and all you gotta do is just randomly get them!? No, its down to only having ONE of the "winning" property.

And for most of the life of this promotion, it was rigged with the company doing the randomization. THey kept the SINGLE pieces you needed to finish your collection.

Actually, they release "1" of the rare pieces every week for a month so that there are 4 big ticket winners per major property. What's 4 million dollars in promotional money to a company with a yearly revenue of 20+ Billion. They gain a ton of business from the promotion anyway.

with the million...if you win it, don't you receive $50,000 payments per year over 20 years? Macdonald's loses next to nothing on these contests.

Has anyone ever won the million dollar prize? too bad they'll never truly have "one million dollars," just 50,000 a year (minus taxes @ what 25%?) over 20 years. lovely prize, eh?
