I have no idea what gen it is, so it would be best to assume that its a 1st Generation.

It comes with the charging dock and looks great.

It has an engraving on the back which says celestica 2007.

The OP has a silver shuffle, the 1st gen shuffles came only in white. So the OP has a 2nd gen shuffle.
