I just sold one very similar to this a few weeks ago for $110, so that $40 offer is way off base. There are still reasons to prefer the 1st/2nd gen nano over the new one IMHO. I sorta wish I had mine back. It was a much better iPod than the iPhone, despite what SJ says.
