I have two nice machines here that I'm considering selling, but I'd like to get an idea of what the community would predict price-wise.

First off, the PowerMac.

PowerMac G4 Gigabit Ethernet model (May have been a server, not sure)
Dual 500MHz G4s
1.12GB SDRAM
60GB Hard Drive
DVD-RAM drive, for what it's worth...
Zip drive
10/100/1000 Ethernet
Built-in Airport (I know it'd be wise to sell it separately, but I think it makes the machine more attractive and would rather not part it)
USB 2.0 PCI card (Drivers got screwed up with a system update though, had some issues but still kinda works)
AGP ATi Radeon 9000 graphics with 64MB VRAM and DVI/ADC

The second, the PowerBook

PowerBook G4 Titanium (DVI)
867MHz G4 w/ 1MB L3 cache
1GB SDRAM (Maxed)
40GB HD
Combo Drive
Airport built in
15" higher Res screen (1280x854, compared to the 1152x768 with older Tibooks)
ATi 9000 graphics with 32MB VRAM and DVI port
Audio Line in!!! a luxury of TiBooks
10/100/1000 Ethernet
Two batteries and a Charger

Both units are being used rather often, but I'd like to consolidate soon to one desktop or laptop for simplicity of file storage. The PowerMac would definitely be confined to local pickup or delivery, but I'd consider shipping the PB.

Let me know what you guys think these trusty machines are worth; I know there are still some PowerPC fans out there clinging to the G4. (like me)

That was productive...

Anyways, I think I might throw an additional unit up for consideration.

iBook G3
700MHz
384MB
20GB HD
Combo
Airport
10/100 Ethernet
Dual USB
Amazing battery (up to 5.5 hours)
No dead pixels
Decent body condition
After Market Charger

Lemme know what these units are worth. I want a newer computer!!!

in the meantime, why not search closed auctions on ebay and on craigslists in your area?

FWIW, a few years ago I bought a G4 tower like yours, dual 500, maxed RAM, with a 17" display, for $350. You might get around $200-$250 from the right person.

It is the 12" version, yes.

I'm least concerned with selling the iBook actually, as its a regular family-used computer. The PowerBook and PowerMac as my own units which I use regularly away from the others, despite owning all three units.

So, that said, I was thinking 450 would still be feasable for the PB, while around 375 for my PowerMac wouldn't be far fetched. Do these sound about right?

I'll check finished auctions later to see how they turned out.

I'd say $450 for the PB is about right, considering it has the Airport Card and an extra battery. Might be able to fetch more on eBay if you really wanted to get all you could.
