Apple MacBook Pro 15.4" + Accessories and Software
I am selling a mint condition MacBook Pro that is only months old. I purchased it right before the summer and it ran me for about $2,675.77. Originally I had purchased this laptop for video editing, but didn't purchase any video editing software until the summer. During the summer, however, I was given a Mac Pro with a copy of Final Cut Studio 2. One week before I received these items, I had purchased a copy of Final Cut Express HD, but since I already have Final Cut Studio 2 for my Mac Pro, I won't be needing Final Cut Express HD. Along with the sale of this machine and some software (listed below), I am including some accessories such as a Logitech Bluetooth Mouse, Apple Keyboard, and a couple of Firewire cables I purchased around the same time I bought Final Cut Express HD this past summer.
A little background on this machine. It was used very lightly during the time I had it. I didn't use it for more that the occasional word processing, email checking, and web browsing since I have a desktop PC which works as my main PC for school and work. My original plans for this machine to be my video editing computer fell through after 1 week of experimenting this since I was given a Mac Pro with Final Cut Studio 2. So now I am in need to sell this machine since I don't need it anymore, and as a college student, I need the money. During the time I did not use it, I kept it in a soft sleeve in a drawer, away from dust and moisture and kept in immaculate condition. The cosmetic condition of this computer is comparable to brand new, as there are no dents, scratches, scuffs, punctures, or any sort of physical damage on the unit.
Alongside with the unit, I purchased the 3 year warranty coverage from AppleCare to further secure my investment, and at this time it has well over 2 years + months of warranty left.
Some specifications of this machine:
15.4-inch (diagonal), 1440 x 900 resolution, TFT widescreen
2.33GHz Intel Core 2 Duo
2GB (two SO-DIMMs) 667MHz DDR2 SDRAM (PC2-5300)
ATI Mobility Radeon X1600 with 256MB of GDDR3 SDRAM and dual-link DVI
120GB Serial ATA; 5400 rpm
6x SuperDrive (DVD+R DL/DVD±RW/CD-RW)
One FireWire 400, one FireWire 800, two USB 2.0 ports, and ExpressCard/34 slot
Built-in iSight camera, DVI, VGA (DVI to VGA adapter included)
Combined optical digital input/audio line in, combined optical digital output/headphone out, stereo speakers, microphone
Built-in 10/100/1000BASE-T (Gigabit)
Built-in 54-Mbps AirPort Extreme (802.11g; 802.11n capable with optional 802.11n enabler); built-in Bluetooth 2.0+EDR
Apple Remote; full-size, illuminated keyboard with ambient light sensor; scrolling trackpad
5.6 pounds
85W MagSafe Power Adapter, AC wall plug, power cord, lithium-polymer battery
Alongside with the laptop itself and the accessories, software, and manuals it comes with in the box, I am including additional accessories:
Logitech Bluetooth Mouse
Apple USB Keyboard (and extension cord)
And, I am including the following licensed software and coverage:
Final Cut Express HD 3.5 (the latest version out)
Microsoft Office 2004 - Student and Teacher Edition (3 Licenses Included)
AppleCare Protection Plan for MacBook Pro
The asking price is decent considering the quality of this product, the additional peripherals, and the software I am including in the sale.
(check listing for pictures)
--------------------------------------------------
The Buy It Now price on eBay in my opinion is decent, mostly because I kept the machine itself in pristine shape and tried hard not to get it damaged in any way. Not only that but all the software titles and extra peripherals.
I am, however, willing to look at offers. So if anyone is willing to make an offer or simply buy out the eBay auction, it would be perfectly fine with me. Please let me know of any questions.
You can email me at C.M.Sevilla@gmail.com or send me a PM to be in touch. Thanks for reading and hopefully I can find a buyer for this item soon.
