I love my "Silent Upgrade" 1.5ghz PPC Mac Mini.

It drives my 23" ACD great with double Vram of any PPC Mac Mini. I've maxed it out with an Hitachi Travelstar 100gb 7200RPM hd, 1 gb ram --- it comes with a Superdrive and Bluetooth and built in Airport.

Still with two years AppleCare on it!
