how much is this ps3 worth?

2 chargers for the controllers
3 games - madden 07, fight night, and i forgot the other one (fps game, i think it's god of war or whatever, but not sure)

this isn't a for sale, i'm thinking about buying it. was wondering what to offer for it

I wouldn't offer more than $450. Seeing that the 80gig sells for $500 now with a free game, you have to figure a used 60gig shouldn't be valued more than $375ish. The controller probably adds $30, the charging cables are a joke, just USB cables. The games are older ones so the 3 together probably $50, so around $450 for the package.

Keep in mind $450 should be the HIGHEST you should pay, so if your offering start around 375~400 and then you can work your way up....O the importance of bargaining power.

thanks guys. that was around what i was thinking. it's my cousin who is selling it to me. i want to be fair, but he doesn't realize how the ps3 is selling, and that the price has come down

a used 60gb is worth $375? a new 40gb is $400 and has no backward compatibility. the 60gb has more storage + hardware backward compatibility and you're telling me it's worth LESS? stores are still selling the 60gb models they have left for $499 until they're gone. if you can get that for $450 i'd say it's a very good deal, assuming it all works and there's still a warranty.
