I was just thinking about how, recently, Apple changed the Music tab on their website from apple.com/music to apple.com/itunes. This was originally speculated to be so that, when iTunes for Windows is released, that it would be clearer for people to find the iTunes section. Well, in light of Apple Corps. filing a lawsuit against Apple Computer, I think it may have been a political reason.

When you see apple.com/music, the two words there are Apple and Music. May not be the reason, but it would make sense that they were trying to avoid the kind of issues that they're in at the moment.

Absolutely valid. And it would show good faith in the legal proceedings that Apple Computer isn't intentionally dilluting Apple Music's brand.

Yeah, I read somewhere that Apple allready has lost $ 50 million due to court trials, regarding this issue.
I sure hope this last one isn't going to be huge.

Remember the soundfile "So-su-mi"?

There are some lawyers (Frank?) over here on these boards.... any ideas, or comments?
And as patrick0brien has worked for KPMG, maybe he can shed some light on this matter....

As for the KPMG thing, what do you know of the details of the relationship between KPMG LLP and Apple? It's not something talked about loudly.

Nothing specific. Just thought I read something a while ago about KPMG LLP and Apple.
