We've been through this before. There is no pattern. If it freezes consistently in Tiger or after 1.3 update in Leopard, return it for a repair/refund/replacement.

No freezing on my iMac.
I purchased a 20 inch 2.4Ghz, 2GB RAM(preinstalled), 320GB HDD, with Tiger preinstalled in early August. I have not had any freezing issues.

does anyone see anything peculiar?? other than the fact that i poorly constructed this poll, and the people who do not have freezing imacs also voted?

All I see is a poll in which you will never be able to extrapolate any data. :)
Oh and iMac 24" Early August, NO ISSUES.

I really don't think were getting anywhere with this.
It's a hardware problem. If your system is messed up, call Apple get it fixed. It's that simple.
