Why did apple think releasing a patch that they knew wouldn't work? Since i can't do the simplist stuff without it crashing.... Its just odd they would do that like the developers didn't see the screen crash when they tried to load a game,youtube or even the stacks in the leopard.... Its just very interesting and stupid

Actually, one of the beta testers for the 1.2 patch was on this forum and said that they reported to Apple that the patch did NOT work, yet Apple apparently chose to ignore their advice and release the patch anyways corrupting a few machines that upgraded to Leopard afterwards along the way.
