Hey Guys wondering how much this would fetch:

MacPro 2.66
1.75 TB 3 x 500 , 1 x 250
6 GB Ram 4 x 1 GB, 4 x 512
7300 GT
Running Leopard 10.5 iLife 08, Office,
Toast and some other goodies

He'd be lucky to get $3,000 shipped for it. Ram and hard drive prices are REALLY cheap lately.

Refurb 2.66 ghz is $2,200 + Tax ($150) + 5x1gb stick ($175ish) + 1tb ($225) + 500gb ($125) = $2,875.

And that's if you bought it directly from Apple, with a one year warranty.

So you have to subtract a bit, then add $100-200 for the included software (assuming it comes w/discs and serials), and he'd be lucky to get $3,000.

I'm sorry I mean't $3,200-3,500.. i'd imagine the RAM and HD upgrades combined would at least pull in $1k considering the base is $2,200

ooh i forgot to say apple care till may 2009, id let it go for 3300 shipped

If memory serves me correctly, joshwest didn't buy apple memory. It just wouldn't be prudent given to do so.

No I actually bought from owc, 5 of the six gigs are owc authorized apple ram and then 1 gig of it is apple .

No, i'm only gonna let the machine as a whole and i wouldnt sell for under 3200$ i have too much money in it
