Purchase Order

The Art Department head of my school
has ordered a computer via the fax. We have the P.O. (purchase order) Number..Instead of calling, is there a way we could check the status of the order online?

Unless you got a confirmation number back from the purchase, it's unlikely you'll be able to check online. In Apple's case, that would be an Apple Sales Order Number.

Why didn't you guys order through the phone? It's a lot faster. Unless, Apple is weird like some vendors and require you to fax in the order for instituitional PO.

We were told to fax it...I would have rather done it via the internet or phone, but i guess not.
