Its so cheap new, it might be tough to get some used. Have you tried ebay?

I might have a 256MB stick soon, since I will need to pull one out of my new Ti when I pick it up. I am moving my 512MB PC133 from my old Ti to the new Ti which will give me 768MB. That SHOULD be enough for just about anything. Of course, I could always get another 512MB and get back to a GB of RAM... decisions decisions decisions.
