I purchased this around Sept 22nd from a local retailer.
Since day 1, it has been in a black biscuit case that offers full protection.
However, I did notice 2 or 3 light small scratches on back.
Other then that, the ipod is in mint condition.
It is in its original packaging, with unused earbuds, unused cable and unused dock adapter. Get my point... this iPod is not really used as it was replaced by a touch.
Also, I tossed the black biscuit case I had on it and I have another one, sealed in its package ready to go just for you.
