Is anyone besides myself from Macrumors
going to the grand opening of the University Village store this Friday?

I will be going...look for me....i'll be wearing a dark blue 'rusty' tshirt, hair flipped up in the front and be playing with a digital camera :)

Hope to see you all there :)

I second that motion. It's like regurgitating a bad meal, it was bad enough the first time and now you have to deal with it again.

Back on topic...

Geekfest in Seattle is a BAD IDEA!!! Too close to microsoft... they may try to sabotage it.

I say we should have Geek Fest in Austin, TX. There are so many new members from Texas, and a few from Louisana, and all of you lefties can make friends with the infamous "Texas 11"...

There should definitely be a Geekfest Seattle.....lots of people in the Pacific NW area could come...anyway this is more of a thread about the apple store opening than it is a discussion of future geekfests.

scem0 dude, i've been here for like 5 weeks! it's got better weather than austin, that's for sure.

i'm going to Oklahoma University. we see lots of longhorn stickers up here, you know. they have a lot of respect for UT here. they're always sticking them on stuff upside down, like it's sleeping.... :D ;)
