I would like to purchase this from you, but a few questions first:
Is this a standard edition or an upgrade edition?
Would you be willing to send the original receipt and box, including the box top with the UPC code, for the software?
Is the receipt dated after Nov.1, with a store name listed on it?
I would buy it only if the above conditions were met because I would want to upgrade to Office 08. Let me know if the Mac Office is a standard edition that will come with the original receipt and box with box top showing the UPC code.
Edit: Added Question: Is this a Standard Edition or a Student & Teacher Edition? I qualify for the latter, but would like to know in advance.
PM me if you want to talk details of the sale.

Do you have the original receipt?
Apple and Microsoft currently have a promotion (http://store.apple.com/Catalog/US/Images/coupon_Office_SuperSuiteDeal.pdf) to upgrade to Office '08 for $6.99 when it comes out for those that purchase Office before Jan 14, 2008.

Sorry no UPC's available i am already sending in all Rebates. Just comes with the DVD, and DVD case with the serial numbers on the back.
Which brings up a good question, do i need those 3 keys for Office 08, or does that come with its own keys. I am getting the version with exchange support.

Despite the name, the Student/Teacher edition is not tied to any educational discount or special student licensing. You don't need to "qualify" for it.

Actually, the license does require you to be a qualified user (http://www.microsoft.com/mac/products/office2004/howtobuy/howtobuy.aspx?pid=qualifiedUser).
