apple 23" scam on ebay

I bought a 23" apple display on ebay and kept contact with this guy..but never sent me a ups tracking number and never replies to my emails after i sent him the money. I was suckered and lost my last bit of money i had saved up. Im a college student with nothing now. His ebay name is rem8fafo, and is from Deer Park, NY. Im assuming he hijacked someones account though. Anyways if anyone knows anything, let me know on how to find this asshole so I can break his legs.

your not giving alot of information. how did you pay? have u tried calling him, have u filed the appropriate paperwork for ebay? just picking some random guy lives in new york won't help u get your money back
