So I'm working on checking them all out but 2 seem great so far. So I'll post exact specs when its all said and done but I wanted to know what people thought would be fair prices and if anyone was interested in any or all of them or wants to trade.

They are all Dell Dimension 2400.

3 are Celeron processors and one is a Pentium.
They all have 256 MB Ram
I believe they are all around 2.5 GHZ.
Integrated Graphics and Sound
80 GB hard drives
cd/rw drives + some have cd rom drive also.
No keyboards or Mice

Again, I will post more info and pictures when I get a chance but want to see if there is any preliminary interests/thoughts on how much they are worth.

Or if anyone wants to buy all four for a good price/ trade + cash.

I might be interested in them (1 or all) but definitely need EXACT specs, because what you have listed is way different that what I found by googling them......

see cnet 4/9/04 review here: http://reviews.cnet.com/desktops/dell-dimension-2400-pentium/4505-3118_7-30824846.html

but this one is closer: http://compreviews.about.com/cs/desktops/gr/aaprDellDim2400.htm

Also some pix would help too, some closeups of the front, sides, back, and insides please. And please what OS/other s/w (if any) is included.....

I will pm you an offer once I see your reply :)

Dells then (and now) are very custom built so you can't find the specs just by searching out the model number. That one series could have hundreds of different configurations.

The OP can go onto Dells site with the Service Tag for each machine, and copy and paste the original configuration information from the Dell site.

Yea I know. Dell was, at least at that time, really big on BTO options, and most reviews do mention that fact, so thats why I asked for exact specs, so I'd know for sure what I'd be gettin, or not gettin, as the case may be :D

But it's usually not a bad idea to start with the base/most readily available configs, which is normally what they send to reviewers for testing.......

That is what I will do when I get home. Check back in like an hour or so.

Well in this case, AFAIK, the original config won't count for much, I just wanna know what they're like right now :)

I'm not even sure of a good price to offer, but we are looking for a P4 to run as a small server. What would you be willing to accept for this? I would be willing to do a deal as soon as we could agree on the price. Please let me know asap! Thanks!
