Free Tascam Portastudio 424 (broken, for parts)

I have a Tascam Portastudio 424. It's broken. I took it apart a few years ago to try to fix it but didn't know what I was doing. I'm gonna toss it if no one wants it.

It was a long time ago. I plugged it in once and I saw smoke come out of it. There's a small dark spot on the circuit board inside. It's open, meaning there are no screws keeping the case on. This is for people that like to dabble with electronics. I really think it's for parts only, doubt you could get it to work as is.

I'm assuming that shipping would be like 20 bucks or so.
