This is a total feeler, because I'm starting to think that I MAY want a Sanyo Xacti HD camera... but I just dont know if I'm ready for HD.

Anyway, here's what I got:
- Nikon D40 (bought in April with an extended warranty from Best Buy for 3 more years. I assume I can transfer it, and it covers if it gets broken in any way as long as its recognizable.)

- Standard AF-S Nikkor 18-55mm Lens

- AF Nikkor 50mm 1:1.4D (no autofocus on it but its a really sweet prime lens)

- AF-S Nikkor 55-200mm with VR

- a rugged Domke Bag

- Several ND filters

- Several cleaning cloths

Again, a total feeler because I'm not sold on the idea of the HD camcorder yet, let alone editing HD footage. And I really like having the DSLR option around.

Thanks,
Mike

What size are the ND filters? Would you sell the lens alone? Is the BB warranty a replacement or service warranty?

if you do decide to sell, would you considerer selling me just the 55-200 VR lens? and if so, what price?

I'd want to sell it all together, and not split it. If I decide to keep any of it, I'd like to keep my whole setup.

As far as the BB warranty. I dont know exactly but the guy told me that I'd be able to bring it in and get a new one if this one ever got broken in anyway - as long as they can recognize it. (The camera and the standard lens)

Did you decide what you are going to do? How many shutter actuations has it had?

I've decided to keep it. I just bought a real nice flash with it and I realized how much I still enjoyed photography after the holidays.
I think I'll still be looking to get a sanyo hd1000 though!
