GVS, a.k.a. Grand Vitesse Systems (in California), has designed a series of PPC boxes that they claim can run OS X. They use both G4s and G5s. I came across these guys at SIGGRAPH this past summer but never got around to posting this. Check out www.gvs9000.com and let me know what you think.

They're not really cloning anything if they're just buying a Mac off the shelf and stuffing it in a new box.

Seems like they're also doing it for a bunch of other companies.

However companies like www.mai.com/products/Mainboard.htm actually build PPC motherboards, that don't use Apple parts.

And www.pegasosppc.com ...
