WTB: Radeon AGP 9800 Pro for G4 Sawtooth(Bought - Close Please)

like the title suggests, looking for a better video card for my G4 sawtooth. would like to get a 9800 pro for my agp 2x sawtooth. pc flashed to mac or mac orginal. would like at least a 128mb card. i can pay with paypal or cashier's check or money order.

If you have access to a PC with an AGP port you might just want to go on eBay and buy a PC Radeon 9800 Pro and flash it yourself. I have flashed a 6800 (incompatible with the Sawtooth unfortunately....and I already sold it on eBay) and the 7800 (currently residing on my PM G5). Both were easy to flash using the instructions on www.themacelite.com and many reports on the forums there say the Radeon 9800 is a cake to flash.

nope all i got is my gf's older HP and my vaio laptop and of course my sawtooth. so i will have to flash my card on the mac if i do go that route of buying a pc card for myself. is that even possible to flash it on the mac without out another pci video card in another slot? cus how will i be able to see what i'm doing?

ok i bought a pc radeon 9800 pro 256mb on ebay. now i just gotta flash it:cool:
