Burning a VCD on my Mac

I WAS using Firstarter FX but now, i find out I have to pay :(

What other options do I have for burning .bin and .cue files ?

Can I use Disk Copy ? and just burn both files on a CDR ?

Any help is GREATLY apperciated.
