nope but i remember i found a few good ones by simply searching "html help" or "html guide" in google...
sometimes, a search-engine is actually useful...

builder.com used to be really good.
oreillynet.com is where I go for help nowadays, but it is not targeted at beginners!

A site that I liked for beginners was http://hotwired.lycos.com/webmonkey/authoring/index.html
It has lots of good stuff for HTML basics and CSS, tables, etc.
Hope this helps :D
