Just a replica probably, because only twelve were ever made originally, and they must be worth a fortune now.

i don't think these are really apple glasses. which means they wouldnt be collectors items, which means i have no idea why you would want to wear those hideous glasses.

WHAT are you talking about?!
Steve "The Woz" Wozniak got those custom made for for the 82/83 US festival.

He had twelve made, and supposedly "as legend has it" another Steve Wozniak went into the opticians where the real Woz had placed the order, and was given a bill for $30 000.

Also, a pair of those was supposedly sold on ebay in 1999. Price? Who knows. Somebody tell me.

Come on. Those are cool glasses. Any self respecting (or disrespecting) mac user would wear them...at least once.
